Dining In Las Vegas

While in Las Vegas we dined at a lot of nice restaurants and buffets. We are at the MGM and Rivera buffets. We ate at the restaurant at the top of the stratosphere and a cafe in Treasure Island and the Paris! We had a nice night of sushi at a restaurant at the Fashion show mall. Late night we were able to scrounge food at some of our hometown favorites IHOP and Sabaro. All and all a good experience in Vegas but they did not have the most vegeterian friendly restarunts out there!

Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, And Lake Las Vegas

I was glad that on our Las Vegas Vacation we were able to take some time to go visit the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and Lake Las Vegas. Luckily Jack had a friend attending UNLV and he was nice enough to drive us out to the Dam. I was amazed by the greatest engineering marvels of the 20th century harnising the Colorado river for electricity and creating lake Mead. I was amazed but the sheer size 726 feet and how goood of shape it is in being built in the 30's.

Bellagio, Wynn Las Vegas, Caesars Palace, and The Mirage

The Bellagio, Wynn Las Vegas, Caesars Palace, and The Mirage are "The four queens of Las Vegas". They are what make the Vegas skyline. The Bellagio is known for being the most expensive hotel built in Las Vegas when it was constructed and for its elaborate 1,200 water cannons which make up its outdoor fountains. The Wynn is known for its lavish rooms and its Mountain with fountain and 3 acre lake. Caesars place Built in 1966 has had several billions in upgrades to keep up with it polished look known for its Roman Palace look. Finally the Mirage known for its indoor rain forest of lagoons and waterfalls and its outdoor volcano which was under construction while we were there.

Cirque Du Soleil

When on our Vegas vacation we knew going to see a Cirque Du Soleil show was a must! We went to go see the show Mystere at Treasure island It is one of the older Cirque shows in Vegas so the tickets were cheaper but amazing none the less. Also it is the Cirque show that is shown in the movie Knocked Up. In Cirque shows you see stunts, music and artistry you wouldn't think possible! Going to see a Cirque Du Soleil is worth every penny. I plan to see many more in the future!

Words can not describe how amazing the show was. Check out this clip of the show!

Here is a few pics I took there.
